    Need some printed material to jazz up your open house? A custom property brochure with MLS standard details, property specific color schemes, and an agent highlight on the back.. it’s kind of a no-brainer.

    Brochures are designed by hand with property photos, relevant property details, and/or anything you want to showcase at your open house. Give your prospective buyers something to remember you by- you’re the agent that goes the extra mile, the agent they won’t forget.

    Once my proposal receives your approval, brochures are ordered, folded, and then placed in your hands.

    Clear, concise, and original language that highlights your property’s best features.

    We all know the sales process- touch bases over and over again, get that response, get that potential client on the phone, make the sale.

    My email drip campaigns include 5 touch email drafts, as well as a recommended schedule to ensure your touches are made in a timely manor.

    Don’t know what to say without sounding pushing or repetitive? No worries- I’ve got it handled.

    Stimulating the algorithm is essential for any business to find success. Wether it's Google, FaceBook, or LinkedIn, your posts and website have to be Search Engine Optimized in order to compete with others in your space.

    A strategy session where we talk about your goals, post writing/scheduling, and whatever else your business is lacking is where we’ll start.

    Subsequent blogs, posts, and website copy will be priced accordingly.

This is where we talk about what you need, how I can help, and all the strategy concepts in-between. Maybe you just need a few brochures, or maybe you need help with a little bit of everything. This is where we iron out the details.

1. Schedule your free strategy session-


2. We decide on a test project-

This project will be on the smaller side- one MLS listing, or one property brochure.

This is the part where we test out our work styles- are we a good fit?

Once you’ve paid half of your invoice, I get to work on building your custom service tailored to fit your unique property.

In order to ensure your completion date, you must pay at least half of your invoice. I don’t start work until that invoice is paid.

3. You receive a proposal & Invoice-

Yay! Our first project was a hit!

Now it’s time to pay the remainder of your  invoice so I can release the project to you.

Not quite what you were expecting? That’s ok. Since it’s our first project together, I offer unlimited free edits so we can get it exactly right.

4. Your Project is Complete-
